Due to a limitation in the magnitude of three-phase output inverter currents, active power photovoltaic (PV) unit has been de-rated during low voltage ride through, which brings great instability risk system. With increase penetration rate new energy, impact shortage on system transient stability increases. It is significance analyze this stability. This article explores methods improve capability units low-breakthrough periods.
